2. At Naas, customers are allowed to request original photographs and videos of products before placing an order.
3. Despite our best efforts, colors might slightly vary from the photographs provided due to lighting and screen settings.

Shipping Policy

1. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
2. Delivery may take upto 1-2 weeks across Pakistan.
3. For customized orders 2.5 weeks.
4. Delivery may be affected due sale seasons, holidays or due to courier delays.

Exchange Policy

1. We believe in easy exchange policies.
2. We welcome exchanges within 7 days of receiving an order.
3. Returned products must be unused, unwashed and returned with the price tag.
4. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the mistake is from the brand's side.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns are accepted if the product item is wrong, defected or damaged on receiving.
2. Refunds would be processed after returned items are inspected.
3. Sales item are generally not refundable.

Cancellation of Order

1. Orders can only be cancelled before dispatched.
2. Once an order is shipped it can not be cancelled.
